Timeless Wedding at The Clubhouse Venue – Huntington, IN

I have been dying to photograph a wedding at The Clubhouse in Huntington, Indiana, so I was so excited when I learned that’s where Analiese and Matthew would be celebrating their big day. The venue sits on an old, historic golf course, and it’s every bit as beautiful as you’d imagine! It offers rolling green views, charming architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere that made their wedding feel so timeless and relaxed.

I actually photographed their ‘Romantic Hamstra Gardens Engagement Session‘, too. It was so special getting to see their love story come full circle, from that dreamy engagement shoot to their incredible wedding day at The Clubhouse!

The Details, Getting Ready, & First Looks

The morning started inside The Clubhouse’s beautiful Bridal Suite. The space has marble floors, built-in vanities, soft seating, and bright natural light, which made it perfect for getting ready. Ashley Urban Artistry did Analiese’s makeup and kept everything soft and timeless. Once Analiese stepped into her gown, her mom helped with the finishing touches. The bridesmaids came in for their first look, and the reactions were so sweet! Analiese is the second oldest of four girls, so her dad’s emotional first look made the moment even more meaningful.

The guys spent the morning in The Groomsmen Suite. It has lockers, a bar area, and a pool table, so everyone stayed relaxed and entertained while they got ready. A little later, Matt and Analiese shared a private first look by the water. Seeing each other eased their nerves and left a calm, happy tone for the rest of the day!

Wedding Party Photos on The Grounds of The Clubhouse

We headed straight into wedding party photos, and The Clubhouse could not have given us a better backdrop. The wide open grounds and the pond behind them created such a clean, timeless setting for their group shots. The classic black tuxes and black satin bridesmaid dresses looked incredible in the natural light and added to the elegant feel of the day. It was easily the hottest day of the year, but this group didn’t complain once. They powered through every photo and kept the energy so fun, which made these moments even sweeter!

An Outdoor Wedding Ceremony on the Grounds at The Clubhouse

Analiese and her dad shared the sweetest moment before walking down the aisle. They paused for a quick teary-eyed selfie, which was such a perfect way to start the ceremony. The outdoor space at The Clubhouse looked unreal! The lawn sits right by the pond, and the fountain created a stunning backdrop for a summer ceremony. White florals by Thode Floral lined the aisle and framed the altar so well. The venue’s wide-open grounds, fountain features, and quiet water made the whole setting feel calm and scenic.

As soon as Analiese walked in, Matt’s reaction said everything. After they were announced as husband and wife, he lifted her into his arms and carried her back down the aisle. It was the sweetest way to end a gorgeous ceremony on the grounds of The Clubhouse!

Romantic Newlywed Portraits at The Clubhouse

The grounds at The Clubhouse gave Matt and Analiese the perfect place for newlywed portraits. The water, the fountain, and the soft summer light made everything feel so calm. Their black-and-white attire looked so timeless against the greenery. They were so happy the entire time, which always makes portraits flow so naturally. These images feel clean, elegant, and true to who they are, and it was the best way to soak in a quiet moment together before the reception!

The Keipers’ Timeless Clubhouse Reception

The reception at The Clubhouse was a dream to photograph. The space feels almost outdoors with the floor-to-ceiling windows, so the natural light poured in and made everything look beautiful. Their black and white décor, tall floral centerpieces, and the checkered dance floor created such a classic and elevated look. It fit their day perfectly.

Such a fun part of the night was the wedding party entrances. They came in with bubble guns, huge smiles, and so much energy. They really set the tone for the rest of the reception! From there, the evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, emotional moments, and so many genuine reactions from their family and friends. I felt like I was part of the group, which is always the best feeling as a photographer.

The Clubhouse’s main banquet space can host large weddings with ease, and it showed throughout their reception. Guests had plenty of room to mingle, dance, and enjoy the incredible views outside the pavilion. As the sun set, the room shifted into the sweetest glow that made their first dances feel even more magical.

Later in the night, things got even more fun. Analiese changed into cozy pajamas so she could dance freely, and the groom and groomsmen ditched their shirts but kept their vests on. It was hilarious and made for the best candid photos. They also had late-night Pizza Hut, which their guests absolutely loved. It was the perfect way to end a joyful, emotional, truly unforgettable celebration!
